Graduated in Materials Science at the University of Padova, he first developed knowledge of academic research and then of industrial innovation.

The experience gained on materials, characterization techniques and problem analysis capabilities, have enabled him to carry out industrial innovation activities exploring different sectors such as optics, applied to the automotive industry (Centro Ricerche Plast-Optica S.p.A. of Magneti Marelli Automotive Lighting and CRF), and plastic material compounding for a broad range of applications e.g. electrical/electronic, automotive and food (Nord Color S.r.l. and Sirmax S.p.A.).

Since May 2017 he joined Propria's staff.
